All of the services are provided digitally through the website, and all of the content is delivered via email. There are no physical products or hard copies associated with this service.

The user accounts are only for use by the designated user, and users may not create more than one account per person or business, and they may not share their account or log-in information with anyone else or any other business. Customers are responsible for all activity which takes place on their accounts and that this is compliant with the following terms and conditions.
The website www.thedigitalkreator.co works with independent third-party writers which it engages with on a freelance basis. The content writers are all contractually bound to keep all information that they receive about jobs such as briefs or materials about a business entirely confidential.

All fees for all content writing services are due in advance. If we have not received a payment for a service, this will result in a delay to the service as the writer will not be able to begin work on the project until payment has been received and in full.

We offer some minor amendments to the content free of charge, but full refunds will only be considered in very rare circumstances.
If further amendments are required and these can not be resolved by reverting to the original brief, further fees may be incurred to provide additional content.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once a writer has started on them.
When placing an order customers will be asked to specify a desired delivery speed which can either be our express service (2-3 days) or the standard service (5-7 days). The express service can only be offered in our sole discretion depending on the nature of the project and costs more.

Customers may request to have their account deleted at any time by contacting us in writing, but if they do this they will no longer be able to access our services.
